Requesting a return

For most goods bought online by UK consumers, you can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return them after notifying us.

You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. Your statutory rights are not affected.

How to contact us

Use our contact form and include your order number and the email address used at checkout. Our team can provide the appropriate return instructions and address. Contacting us for instructions does not remove or extend your statutory cancellation rights.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Tell us about the issue so we can help. Your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose are separate from change-of-mind cancellation rights.

Order changes

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change an address or cancel before dispatch. Changes may not be possible once an order is being processed. Your statutory rights continue to apply.
