Where does Yullos ship to?
We ship worldwide from Germany. Most orders are delivered within Europe, but we also supply many international countries. If your country appears at checkout, shipping to that location is available.
How much are the shipping costs?
Our current DHL shipping options:
- DHL Free Shipping – for orders over €150.00
- DHL Standard Shipping – €8.99 (order value €0.00–€149.99)
- DHL Full Shipping – €12.99
- DHL VIP Shipping – €19.99 (priority shipping & extended tracking)
The available options and prices will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery time depends on your destination country and the shipping option selected:
- Processing time: 1–3 business days (order picking & shipping preparation)
- DHL Standard Shipping (EU): approx. 3–8 business days after dispatch
- DHL Full / VIP Shipping (EU): approx. 2–5 business days after dispatch
- International: approx. 5–12 business days, depending on destination country & customs clearance
Please note: These timeframes are estimates and may be extended due to external factors (e.g. customs, carrier delays, holidays).
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with your DHL tracking number. Using the link in the email, you can track the status of your package online at any time.
How do returns & exchanges work?
You have a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order, provided that the items are:
- unworn, unused, and in perfect condition,
- with all tags still attached, and
- in their original packaging.

What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at contact@yullos.com and, if possible, include photos of the product and the packaging. We will review the case and quickly find a solution (replacement or refund).
